3mm Realseacamo wetsuit worth / necessary in Miami, FL?

Question:

Seen some pics on a camo wetsuit made by realseacamo.com It looks very very good but somewhat costly.  Manufacture claims that it can not be detected by sharks on the surface.  I will say this, it will fool a human eye.  I guess the question is, is the suit worth the $389.00 3mm that they are asking for it?  Also do i need 3mm in Miami, FL during the winter mo. or will 1.5mm do?

what type of float line do you recommend for kelp hunting, I started with a float off one of my hoop nets but i get tired of stopping to drag it out of the forest. do people just use a floating line only no float at the end? then hope to grab ahold before the fish takes the whole line below? i recently won a RA float but i usually dive in kelp and don’t know if i should even use it…
